Performed a project director remit for a major global market risk engine replacement program for a client’s Institutional banking business remit. This program involved a major Murex implementation for all Market Risk activities including Value-At Risk (VAR) testing, scenario analysis, market risk reporting framework, back testing requirements, complex financial risk models and APRA requirements.

Created program management office, governance criteria and documentation, multiple business cases, board papers, project management plans including a detailed project plan for all 3 program releases and regular Board Steering Committee packages.

Key results

The Comp Management principle consultant had supervision of 56+ staff resources and a project budget value of AUD $55M+.
