Design of Project and Program Reporting System

Performed consultancy role for a Wealth Management investment firm that conducted several large Programs in parallel for a major transformation remit covering outsourcing of all IT infrastructure and investor applications; design and implementation of several new target business operating models and realignment of key business processes circa $70M+ and 200 staff.

Performed Health Check of all Project and Program reporting and delivery methods in execution for client.
Created new consolidated program reporting infrastructure including program roadmaps, Gantt charts, consolidated risks, issues and dependency register, benefit tracking mechanisms’ and weekly status reporting for Executive Leadership Team.

Project managed and designed transformation program tracking mechanism for Executive Management to record specific division initiatives and progress tracking of specific business targets and delivery requirements including Roadmaps and high level Town Hall presentation pack materials
